Jeremy Ford grounds roots in South Beach

hi-gloss will be working with Grove Bay Hospitality Group (GBHG) and Top Chef Season 13 winner, Jeremy Ford, on his new South Beach restaurant, Stubborn Seed, opening September of 2017. Located in the vibrant South of Fifth neighborhood at 101 Washington Avenue, the restaurant will incorporate different textures and flavors creating a rich menu with seasonally sourced natural ingredients.

With a new menu, updated daily, featured items will be ordered a la carte or diners can opt for the Chef’s Tasting – a menu of eight courses – for a special experience. “We are exciting about working with Grove Bay and Jeremy Ford on the launch of this new venture”, says Roberto Villazon, owner of hi-gloss.
